The stunning, 18 karat enclosure is encrusted with sparkling diamonds weighing .26 cttw. This piece is available in 18 karat white or yellow gold. The pearl measures just under 12mm – the perfect fit. Each piece is accompanied by a matching, 18 karat box chain.
