Bold and beautiful - that is how we would describe this large strand and pair of earrings. The pearl strand measures 13 mm at the ends to a large 15.5 mm in the center. These pearls are the pinnacle of quality for Edisons. They simply don't get any better than this.

The strand is multicolor, and captures a range of exotic tones that are unique to this type of pearl. There are lavenders, coppers, pinks and colors that are difficult to describe, but easy to appreciate.

Available only in the past few years, Edison pearls represent a recent innovation in the freshwater pearl category. Instead of growing these pearls with a tissue-graft like all other freshwater pearls, an implant is used. This is the method used to grow the world's most expensive saltwater pearls. The results are simply amazing. The pearls have a color palette only found in the finest freshwater, but boast size and shape typically reserved for Australian South Sea.

The strand will knot to 18 inches and will arrive with a double knot between each pearl, protecting them from rubbing and scratching one another.
