Repairs
○ For packages coming from outside of the United States, please mark the package as a "return" on the customs form.
○ Ship the package via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Be sure to note the tracking number for your records.
○ Make sure the item you are returning is well-padded as to avoid damage during transit. Please make sure that all clasps are securely wrapped to prevent dents and scratches.
○ Include a copy of the completed repair for with your shipment and email a copy of the form with the shipment tracking # to support@pearlparadise.com.
