About a year ago, we embarked on an exciting new venture at Pearl Paradise: hosting pearl-filled livestreams. Initially, we set up a live studio for virtual appointments, which quickly gained popularity. Encouraged by this success, we decided to introduce livestreaming, and it's been a pearly journey of growth and discovery ever since.
Our first livestream, held in July last year, featured Hisano presenting a collection of her little h jewelry line. The response was overwhelming, far exceeding our expectations. Just a few weeks later, she hosted another event with more pieces, and again … wow!
Since then, we've continued to enhance and expand the livestream experience. We’ve upgraded our studio with two additional cameras, including a 105mm macro lens that gets up close and personal with pearls in stunning detail.
Each Pearl Paradise livestream is a unique celebration of pearls. We showcase rare and extraordinary pearls that often defy conventional categories, making each segment a pearl lover's paradise.
Hisano loves engaging with the audience, answering questions, and sharing her deep knowledge of the world of pearls. It’s a lively exchange that makes every event feel like a personal pearl adventure.
We’ve also taken our livestreams beyond the studio. This year, we had the incredible opportunity to broadcast from some of the world’s most renowned pearl farms. We traveled to the Sea of Cortez pearl farm in Guaymas, Mexico, where we hosted three memorable events. In April, we brought our audience to Lake Kasumi ga Ura's only pearl farm, and then to Kobe, Japan – the Pearl City – for three more exciting broadcasts.
June is Pearl Month, but we’re taking a short break from livestreaming. It’s not for a vacation, though! We're remodeling our office and doubling the size of our virtual appointment and livestream studio. We’re adding more cameras and creating space for guest appearances!
